Together with his business partner, Mark Mancuso, a senior real estate professional with over 30 years of experience in retail development, the two carefully evaluate each potential new project with Kincora's team of engineers and consultants to ensure the development adheres to their financial guidelines. Over the years, McCabe and Mancuso have been responsible for the successful development of over 7,000,000 sq. ft. of retail real estate along the eastern seaboard.
